Totally! If you are unsatisfied with our Web Management Service or any work our team completes for you, email support@wowie.co or call 800-407-1114. We’ll make it right, and if we can’t, we’ll provide a refund for your current month of service or for the project in question.

For example, if you use our Web Management service for 24 months, and become dissatisfied in month 25, we will provide a refund for month 25.

If we are completing a web development project for you and you are unhappy with the work, we will provide a full refund for the work you are unhappy with.

Of course! Your website is mission-critical and we offer on-call emergency support 24/7/365. Our normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5 pm, EST. However, we love what we do, and will often respond, and schedule meetings outside of our normal working hours. 🙂

Many things are included with our Web Management Services which is provided at a fixed cost of $30/month. For example, hack remediation, installing SSL certificates, site backups, site restorations, and plugin updates are all examples of things we do for our clients at no additional cost. Answering questions like “can you do XYZ?” or “Do you have a solution for ABC?” doesn’t count as billable time. If something strange happens on a site, we often investigate to find the root cause at no cost.

Billable time typically starts if we have to log in to your website to complete a custom job at your request. For example, changing or adding content.

Some things fall into a gray area, and in those circumstances, we treat our clients the way we treat our family. Charge them double! Just kidding 🙂

Working efficiently is a core value of our company, and we almost never have complaints about how long it takes to complete a project. We use Toggl to track time spent working for our clients. Time is tracked to the minute. We do not round time up or charge in increments.

Yes! It’s 30-day, no-cost trial and includes 2.5 hours of free web design & development, a full demo of our premium hosting, and access to all plugins and themes we offer.

We always respond to emails, texts, and phone calls as quickly as possible. Turn around time for site changes and updates depends on the work in question. For example, redesigning and launching a 30-page website takes longer than making a quick text change on an existing site. We try to complete requests on the same day whenever possible. If a website ever goes offline (for whatever reason), we consider it a mission-critical emergency and work as quickly as possible to bring it back online.

No. We charge a flat hourly rate ($60/hour) for any custom work that needs to be done. This way each of our clients can “right-size” their web development budget from month to month.

Unlimited edits always come with some kind of fine print (just like unlimited cell phone data plans).

The limits might be on the type of work that can be completed, requirements on how it must be submitted, limits on the total time spent per day, etc.

That goes against our culture.  With us, you only pay when you need help, and only pay for the help you need.

We don’t do complicated plans or contracts. It’s just a simple flat rate ($60/hour) and we track time to the minute (no minimums or rounding). We’re here to serve YOU and want to do whatever we can to make your life as a website owner easier.

We sure do! We offer advanced API integration (SalesForce, YachtWorld, MLS) as well as simple integrations like digital marketing tracking tags.

You can send us integration codes, or send us a login using a secure link and we will actually sign in to your systems and retrieve what we need. If it integrates with your website, we’ll take care of it for you.

The majority of our team is based in the United States. We also have team members around the world. The internet knows no borders.

If you decide you no longer want to work with us, we will transfer your files and assets over to you. Any plugins that have been added to your site as part of our service will be removed. Plugins are licensed to WOWIE.co and can only be used by clients with whom we maintain an ongoing relationship.
