How long are hours good for?

Hours expire on a quarterly basis: January, April, July, October.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

By all means, let us know by emailing support@wowie.co or calling 800-407-1114 and we’ll make it right! If we can’t provide satisfactory results, we’ll provide a full refund.

Do you have a guarantee?

If you are unsatisfied with the work our team completes for you, email support@wowie.co or call 800-407-1114. We’ll make it right, and if we can’t, we’ll provide a refund.

What if I don't buy enough time?

If you end up needing more time, we can continue to work at the same hourly rate until it makes sense to upgrade you to the next time block. To do this, we charge the difference between the time block you are on and the next time block up. For example, if you purchase a 5-hour block ($350) and end up needing a 10-hour block ($600), we will charge $250, the difference between the 5-hour block and 10-hour block.

What if I buy too much time?

Hours purchased are good for up to 90-days depending on when they were purchased (hours expire quarterly). We try to be flexible with this rule when we can. If you have a significant amount of unused time at the end of a quarter, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

We also have a broad range of services. If you have unused time, we’ll work with you to identify productive ways to invest it into your digital presence.

Are hours tied to a specific website?

No. Hours can be applied to any site that we manage.

Do I have to be a Web Management client to purchase a block of hours?

Yes, we only invest in long-term relationships and for that reason, you must be a Web Management client.

How do I know you're working efficiently?

Working efficiently is a core value of our company, and we almost never have complaints about how long it takes to complete a project. If you have any concerns about the length of time work took, please contact us by emailing support@wowie.co or call 800-407-1114.

How do you track time?

We use Toggl to track time spent working for our clients. Time is tracked to the minute. We do not round time up or charge in increments.

What counts as billable work?

Almost anytime we log in to your website to complete a job at your request is billable. In addition, conducting researching (such as SEO Research), or provide consulting, it is billable. There are, of course, exceptions. Many of our Web Management services are provided as a product at a fixed cost. For example, hack remediation is provided at no additional cost, SSL certificates are installed at no cost. We often investigate issues at no cost. Answering questions like “can you do XYZ?” or “how long will XYZ customization take?” generally doesn’t count as billable time. However, if it’s an unusual or uncommon request, we will need to dig into the code of the site to answer the question, resulting in a small amount of billable time. In essence, we always try to take a fair and balanced approach that respects both our time and the client’s budget.
